Self-Pity – Climbing on the pity pot usually involves either becoming a victim, “How come everybody can drink except me?”. Or, You can adopt a blaming stance…” If you had my husband/wife you would drink too. If you are a victim or a blamer it is always someone else’s fault, and you are not responsible. If it is not your fault you don’t have to take action because it would make no difference.
This is just one of the issues that are causing concern. It may be that the only answer to the late payments problem is to change the law again, so that the time limits for paying commercial debts become non-negotiable. This is already the case in some countries such as France, where companies can find themselves subject to large fines and even criminal proceedings if they don’t pay their bills on time.

That’s it and the problem will be over. If you are using Windows XP, click the Start button and navigate to All Programs> Accessories> System Tools> System Restore.
